Precision Plastic Balls from CCR Products, are a cost effective substitute for metallic balls, where high load is not a requirement. They are often used in medical equipment, where low noise is a necessity, in lightweight check valves, transfer units, and a variety of other applications. Plastics weigh much less than metal and many of them are resistant to corrosion and abrasion. Some will withstand temperatures up to 600°F.

CCR Products' plastic balls are manufactured from polymer resins in sizes from 1 mm to 2 inches, in tolerances of Grade 0 to Grade IV. We can also provide drilled balls to you specifications from our West Hartford, CT facility.

Please let us help you select an appropriate plastic with the unique characteristics for your application.
